Best Law Firms in New Glasgow, NS

Since founding our first office in 1994, MacGillivray Law has grown into one of the largest injury and disability law firms in Atlantic Canada, with offices in Halifax, New Glasgow, Moncton, and St. John's.

We focus on continually improving client service, working to get our clients the best possible outcome as quickly and efficiently as we can. Unlike general practice firms that handle many different areas of law, we concentrate only on injury and insurance law. That focus has given us deep experience and knowledge, and our peers recognize us as leaders in our field.

Our work involves standing up for people who have been injured in accidents or denied the disability benefits they're owed. For some of our clients, that means seeking compensation after a car accident, whether they're coping with whiplash, a back injury, or something more serious. For others, it means challenging an insurer that has wrongly denied a long-term disability claim, including the mental health and long COVID claims that insurers so often dismiss. We understand how overwhelming these situations can be, and we use our firm's unique processes, strategies, and technology to fight the delays that hold up the legal process.

Like our clients, who come from many different backgrounds and walks of life, we have a diverse and compassionate team of lawyers and support staff, offering legal services in 15 different languages.

When you are up against a large insurance company, you shouldn't have to face it alone. At MacGillivray Law, you'll have the knowledge, experience, and resources of our entire firm behind you.
