- 2025: Zest Labs, Inc. et al. v. Wal-Mart Inc.: Secured a $222.7 million jury verdict – the largest in Arkansas history. The win received prominent coverage in Bloomberg and the Arkansas Business Journal.
- 2024: Defeated multi-hundred-million-dollar trade secret claim against Uber. 2023 WL 3239886.
