Blair & Stroud is a litigation-oriented firm formed in 1982. Its practice has covered a wide spectrum of civil litigation matters arising out of aviation crashes, banking matters, construction claims, general business issues, intellectual property questions, medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, claims arising out of dangerous and defective products, divorce, oil and gas royalty litigation and decedents' estates. It also has broad experience in transactional and other business and real estate matters.
