Boyd & Jenerette is an experienced, forward thinking and diverse civil litigation law firm that represents public and private business organizations as well as insurance companies in litigation and transactional matters.
Founded in 1952, Boyd & Jenerette is now recognized for its credentials and leadership in civil litigation including insurance defense, construction defect defense, bad faith and coverage, workers’ compensation and appeals. While continuing this tradition, the firm is also identified as a leading civil litigation firm in the areas of commercial and business law.
The firm’s philosophy is to pursue a favorable resolution for every case, as early as possible and without further litigation. However, if early and favorable resolution is not possible, we will be prepared for trial.
The attorneys at Boyd & Jenerette are not only experienced litigators, but we are trial attorneys. Our partners have significant trial experience and are skilled in jury trials, bench trials and arbitration. Moreover, our appellate department provides valuable insight and assistance so that substantive issues are properly preserved for appellate review.
We practice in all state, federal, appellate, and workers’ compensation courts with offices in Florida and Georgia. Other state admissions include Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.
