Boyers Law Group is a boutique trial firm that handles major personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases. The firm's founding shareholder, Robert Boyers, has been litigating and trying negligence cases for over 25 years. He has been repeatedly listed as a Best Lawyer, Super Lawyer, a member of Florida's Legal Elite, a Top Attorney in Florida, a Top 100 Litigation Lawyer in Florida and Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers association. Mr. Boyers has written and lectured frequently on effectively litigating and trying cases involving catastrophic injury. Among other writings, he is the author of the 2010 James Legal Publishing Supplement to "Proving Mental and Emotional Injuries" and authored chapters in the treatise on cross-examining adverse experts and litigating traumatic brain injury cases. He is a past president of the Miami-Dade County Trial Lawyers' Association, a past director of the Florida Justice Association, a past director of the Dade County Bar Association and is presently the chair of the Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee "D" of the Florida Bar.
