A full-service family law practice, we assist clients on matters ranging from development of prenuptial agreements to issues related to same-sex marriages, adoption, cohabitation issues and marital divorces.
While our practice includes all areas of family law, divorce representation remains a core part of our practice. Our attorneys are seasoned litigators.
We offer a particular depth of experience in divorce matters involving significant assets, or that include business ownership or professional practice issues. We represent business owners, lawyer, doctors and their spouses regularly. We also have extensive experience dealing with parties in which one spouse has addiction or mental health issues. We help our clients understand the options (be it mediation, a collaborative law methodology or litigation) and choose the course of action that is best for them and their children.
