Brian G. Miller Co., LLC (Miller Law), focuses its litigation practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury cases, including those involving construction accidents, workplace and premises negligence, and serious roadway accidents involving motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, and/or pedestrians. The firm's founder and principal attorney, Brian G. Miller, has extensive experience representing iron workers, carpenters, and other union-affiliated and non-union construction workers who have sustained head injuries, broken bones, and back injuries resulting from unprotected or unguarded holes, lack of safety railings, lack of lanyards and tie-off equipment, lack of job site communications, warnings, and other OSHA violations. Mr. Miller has represented numerous factory workers due to serious injuries including amputations sustained on unguarded machinery such as presses, conveyors, and similar machines. Mr. Miller has also enjoyed success representing cyclists, triathletes, and other race participants, protecting their respective rights to the road, and recovering significant compensation for damages sustained against careless or aggressive drivers.

Mr. Miller is a former Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor where he earned respect for his abilities as a trial lawyer. He has established himself as an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer who is a leader in the field of personal injury law. Mr. Miller has been recognized with many of his profession's top honors and accolades. Since 2013 he has been recognized annually within The Best Lawyers in America for his work in the field of personal injury litigation. Similarly, Mr. Miller has been named annually to Ohio's Super Lawyer list since 2010. This distinction recognizes the top 5% of attorneys statewide, though Mr. Miller has previously been recognized by his peers as among the even more exclusive 'Top 100' lawyers across all disciplines for the State of Ohio and 'Top 50' Columbus Super Lawyers. Mr. Miller is outside counsel to the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets. As a longtime resident of Central Ohio, Mr. Miller’s practice is focused in Franklin County; however, he has experience in multiple courts of common pleas throughout the state. He is a Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
