Carpenter & Lipps LLP was established in 1994 by eight lawyers from the Columbus office of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. The firm is a litigation boutique with an emphasis on class action and complex litigation primarily in the areas of business and commercial law, banking and consumer finance, First Amendment, libel, marketing and franchise law, professional liability defense, products liability, sports law, and white collar criminal defense.
