The Firm was established in 1994, combining the talents and experience of a select group of distinguished business, banking, real estate, oil and gas, labor and employment, and intellectual property lawyers in the New Orleans area. The 2007 opening of our new office in Pensacola, Florida has expanded service to our clients with business interests in the Florida panhandle. In 2009 we expanded our ability to service clients who need legal assistance in Admiralty and Maritime and Insurance Coverage. Our reputation for providing prompt, high quality, cost-effective legal services, coupled with innovative solutions to our clients' business and litigation needs, has secured for us representation of some of the most prominent businesses in the region.
