Cox Baker & Page LLC, founded by experienced family law / divorce lawyers, is dedicated to providing quality services to families in crisis.

Mary Jane Cox, Mary Baker and Laura Page are all graduates of the University of Denver, College of Law. Ms. Cox, Ms. Baker, Ms. Page, and Mr. Dowell limit their practice to family law. Mr. Dugas practices family law and bankruptcy law. Ms. Gill limits her practice to appeals, which is not limited to family law, and she is the author of the leading treatise on Colorado appellate practice, Colorado Appellate Law and Practice (Second Edition) in West’s Colorado Practice Series. Ms. Bernadette "Ginger" McGuire practices immigration and family law.

Our family law attorneys are experienced in complex property valuations and divisions, parenting disputes and spousal maintenance and child support. They are also trained collaborative law and mediation professionals.

Thought she has retired, Ms. Cox has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” and one of the top twenty-five female attorneys in Colorado and has served the legal community in several leadership positions. Ms. Page has repeatedly been recognized as a "Rising Star" and as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers. Both Ms. Cox and Ms. Page serve on the Executive Counsel of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and Ms. Page a past Chair in the Family Law Section. Ms. Baker and Mr. Dugas have also served as Officers with the Douglas Elbert Bar Association.
