ENDERLE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW provides environmental law advice as well as representation in related administrative procedures, negotiations and litigation. Dr. Bettina Enderle, founder of Enderle Environmental Law, is a German attorney who, for over two decades, has been practicing EU and German environmental law for national and international clients.

She founded the boutique law firm Enderle Environmental Law in 2014 after nearly 14 years with a magic circle law firm, where she headed the German environmental law practice and served as the point of contact for colleagues worldwide. In that time she has advised and represented her clients in nearly all areas of environmental law.

Yet, in two fields ENDERLE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW has in-depth expertise:

Waste and Product Law / Circular Economy: Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), substance bans, take-back systems, and the new EU regulations on batteries, vehicles, electrical appliances, and packaging. We assist medium-sized and large companies in integrating their products and production processes into the circular economy in a legally compliant manner. These clients need legal partners who think proactively rather than merely issuing warnings—and we develop solutions where new regulations. Besides the electronic and chemicals industry we have advised clients of all types of products subject to EPR (including online sales) as well as waste recycling and disposal companies and refineries.

Infrastructure Permits / Planning Approval: Roads, Waterways, Railways. We cannot do without infrastructure — but we can improve it. ENDERLE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW represents project developers and major construction companies, as well as local governments, in the preparation and planning approval processes. Our work on infrastructure projects includes, among others, motorways, roads, power plants and (renewable) energy projects.
