He represents workers in disputes with employers, including claims of discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower claims, and violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Mr. Fagan also represents workers in negotiations regarding severance pay and benefits. He has earned a number of significant jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. He has been selected for inclusion in"Michigan Super Lawyers" list each year since 2007. He has also been selected for inclusion by his peers in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of Labor and Employment Law, and as one of the "Top Lawyers in Metro Detroit" by dbusiness in 2015. He is the current Justice PAC Chair for the Michigan Association for Justice and also is a member of its Executive Board and Executive Committee. Employment law attorney Jennifer Lossia McManus regularly represents her clients in wage and hour litigation, including failure to pay overtime wages, improper wage deductions and improper exemption status classifications. She has successfully pursued both individual and class-wide wage and hour claims to ensure that her clients are compensated for their employers' failure to follow the law. Ms. McManus also represents employees throughout their employment experience in harassment, discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act, and whistleblower and Equal Pay Act claims. In addition, she represents her clients in the negotiation of severance agreements.

Ms. McManus has been selected for inclusion by her peers in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of Labor and Employment Law. She also has valuable experience serving as a law clerk for Federal District Court Judge Bernard A. Friedman and working for a large Detroit area defense firm, where she obtained a firsthand ability to understand employers' legal strategies in defending against the claims that she brings on behalf of her clients.
