HISTORY

Ronald Bell, Brian Felesky, Robert Iverach and Joe Struck formed the firm in 1978, joined shortly thereafter by Gordon Flynn who opened the Edmonton office. Even in its early years the firm was defined by a depth of talent and a dedicated focus in Tax Planning and Tax Representation and Litigation that remains today.

The firm has continued to attract and develop talented lawyers since its inception. In 1991 Ronald Bell, one of the founding members, was appointed a judge of the Tax Court of Canada.

The firm now includes more than 30 tax lawyers and provides the full range of tax law advice and representation.
