Fiandach & Fiandach was established in 1979. Founding member, Samuel Fiandach, served as an Irondequoit Town Court Justice for 8 years. He continued to play a very important role in the law firm until his demise in 1999. With the initial guidance of his father, and Edward's own determination and skill, Ed Fiandach turned the typical every-day law practice into one of the nation's leading and most experienced DWI Defense Law Firms.

Nationally recognized as a leader in DWI Defense, Ed Fiandach has been a leading lecturer at 100s of conferences across North and Central America teaching lawyers the art of defending those who have been charged with alcohol or drug related motor vehicle operating offenses. He one of the Nation's leading authors of treatises on defending those who have been charged with these offenses.

Although the firm is known nationwide for its quality work, expertise and trial skills, it remains dedicated to bringing affordable legal services for those charged with alcohol and drug related operating offenses.
