Freidin Brown, P.A. was founded in 1976 by Philip Freidin, who has devoted his entire life to representing clients who have been seriously injured by the wrongful acts of others. The firm currently consists of a small group of selectively chosen attorneys, as well as attorney Joel H. Brown, a childhood friend of Phil’s who joined the firm when he retired from serving as the Chief Judge of the Miami-Dade court system.
With over a century of combined experience, the lawyers at Freidin Brown, P.A. have handled some of the most significant medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases throughout Florida. Our decades-long specialty focus means we have the knowledge, skills, and experience to understand even the most complex cases of medical negligence, from misdiagnosis, birth injury, and medication errors to hospital errors in the ER, OR, lab and more.
