Anchored in trial excellence and experience since our founding in 2004 as Gass Weber Mullins, Gass Turek remains true to our roots as an intentionally small and client-focused firm. We provide hands-on, personal service, consistent communication, and timely progress.
Gass Turek lawyers try cases. Clients bring their most difficult cases to Gass Turek lawyers not only because of the lawyers' extensive trial experience, but also because of their experience conducting mock trials and other jury research. The research helps the lawyers to secure superior trial results by giving Firm lawyers the added dimension of understanding what motivates jurors beyond just the bare facts and the law. The Firm's deep reservoir of courtroom skill and experience also drives case results as all cases resolve on better terms when the opponent realizes the lawyers are ready and able to try the case.
