Herzberg Law Group provides legal representation across a wide range of employment and human resources matters for companies of all sizes throughout the United States. We also work with U.K. and European businesses that employ workers in the U.S. Our approach is focused on supporting our clients’ business objectives while helping them comply with applicable employment laws and reduce risk and potential liability. When disputes arise and cannot be resolved informally, we represent clients before administrative agencies, in arbitration, and in state and federal courts.

- Employment Law - Management
Herzberg Law Group attorneys advise employers on a wide range of employment law matters. We focus on practical, business-minded guidance by developing an understanding of each client’s operations, workforce, and objectives. Our approach is efficient and adaptable, with recommendations tailored to the specific circumstances of each organization. Employment issues rarely present uniform solutions, and we work closely with management to address challenges in a thoughtful and responsive manner.
We counsel clients on compliance with federal employment statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, as well as related state laws. Our work also includes drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies, reviewing existing practices, and advising on and implementing necessary changes. While we aim to help employers reduce the risk of disputes and litigation, some matters require formal proceedings. In those situations, we represent management in court, arbitration, and before state and federal agencies nationwide.

When clients face an unexpected crisis, employee-related emergency, or a sudden workplace complaint, our attorneys act promptly to help manage the situation. We work with clients to limit potential disruption, address immediate concerns, and put preventative protocols in place. Our work often includes developing a clear communication plan, conducting a thorough investigation, and advising executives and boards of directors on internal and external response strategies.
We also coordinate and manage third-party providers as needed, including public relations consultants, private investigators, forensic IT professionals, and forensic accounting firms. Our attorneys regularly assist organizations navigating a wide range of sensitive and high‑stakes matters, such as whistleblower allegations, employee fraud, threats or incidents of workplace violence, claims of sexual harassment or assault, and employee illness, injury, or other tragic events that impact the workforce and the organization as a whole.
