Founded in 1997 and located in Tysons Corner and Richmond, IslerDare PC is the premier Virginia management labor, employment, and employee benefits boutique firm. Our labor and employment lawyers advise management regarding employment policies, counseling and disciplining employees, and training HR professionals and managers. We represent employers in federal and state court, and in responding to discrimination and harassment claims before the EEOC. We also provide guidance on wage-hour issues (FLSA and SCA), and draft and litigate issues related to non-compete agreements. Our experienced employee benefits attorneys guide companies in all aspects of the laws governing 401(k)s and employee retirement plans, as well as health and welfare plans. Before establishing or joining the firm, most of our partners practiced law with some of the nation’s largest law firms, and we are committed to providing the same quality representation at a reasonable cost.
