Founded in 1984, Jaburg Wilk offers extensive expertise to our clients in diverse areas of practice. We are an Arizona mid-sized AV rated law firm, the highest rating that a law firm can receive. We are different than many law firms. Different in how we care about how we treat our clients, each other, and our community. Our 27 fundamentals provide guidance to how we treat others. Our team of attorneys, paralegals, and paraprofessionals strive to meet our clients' diverse legal needs while providing exceptional service. We are proud that we have consistently been named a Best Places to Work by Phoenix Business Journal. Our goal is to cultivate a strong strategic partnership designed to optimize our clients' ability to focus on their businesses, their families and themselves rather than legal challenges.

Litigation - Labor and Employment
Jaburg Wilk has been handling my company's legal needs for the past five years. Recently I was involved in litigation, and I couldn't have been happier with their handling of the case. Gary Jaburg and Roger Cohen helped shepherd me through the process. They were able to explain their strategy in a way that made sense to a non-lawyer. Additionally, their responsiveness and professionalism made me feel like they were on top of the situation, which is a relief when everything that you've built is on the line. Finally, I like that Jaburg Wilk is a big firm. My case required expertise in multiple areas including intellectual property and employment law.
