Commercial Litigation
Katten Muchin Rosenman has a fantastic team on the regulatory side. They are extremely thoughtful and thorough. They are also a critical partner of ours when we need to do deep due diligence in addition to the help on the litigation side.
Real Estate Law
I have worked with Katten on fund formation, joint ventures and Opportunity Zone activities. Alvin Katz is the lead partner I work with. He is in the top 1% of Real Estate lawyers in the country, and is able to pull in team members who are experts in their specific areas. Katten and Alvin are easy to work with, technical experts and cost effective. Highly recommend!
Criminal Defense: White-Collar
Dan Polatsek, Michael Diver, and Sheldon Zenner at Katten Muchin Rosenman are extremely skillful at a difficult practice area. This is a very high stakes area of legal representation, and the team at Katten is a formidable group to represent companies and individuals during such difficult times. They are highly experienced and bring their years of representing the government to each new legal dilemma they face with their clients on the other end of the table. They instill confidence that the client is in good hands and help navigate through the most intense scrutiny. Their approach is calm and rational, mixed with analytical and strategic excellence. I highly recommend them.
Kara Harchuck – Hunt Companies

Derivatives and Futures Law
The Katten Muchin Rosenman team has been an incredible asset to my firm. Their subject matter expertise and client focus are unique in the business.
Trademark Law
Katten Muchin Rosenman's trademark practice, led by Karen Artz Ash in NY, is outstanding. The attorneys and paralegals in the practice are the most responsive that I have worked with and are the standard that I use to judge other firm's practices. Their expertise runs the gamut from routine trademark maintenance to complex international trademark disputes. In addition, they offer creative ways to manage our trademark portfolio and implement our brand protection strategies cost effectively.
