Our community is made up of only nineteen homes. Sitting on the Arkansas River in Salida, Colorado, it's a wonderful location and each of our owners fell in love with their homes. Devastating to all, we had four roofs fail almost immediately after the community was completed. As often is the case, there was no support from the developer to repair or make us whole. Fortunately, it was within the timeline available for a Construction Defect Claim. The community determined to press forward against the developer. After three and a half years, we just settled in our favor. KerraneStorz' guidance and support throughout the process was impeccable, thoughtful and flawless.
