Craig Knapp of Knapp & Roberts is held in very high regard as a lawyer, but more importantly as an individual. My mother died from a fall while in a nursing home and after a long deliberation, Dad decided to seek legal action. Craig gave us the positives and negatives of a myriad of scenarios that could appear during discovery. Never at any time did we ever think that Craig was trying to sway a decision for his personal gain. Dad was not able to see his commitment to the end. He died just short of two years of Mom's passing. My sister, Ann, and I took the lead. Craig explained to us the procedures during the depositions and the negotiations and was able to put us at ease.
