Founded in 1882, Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC is a defense firm serving clients throughout the Southeast and across the country. Our attorneys practice from offices in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, and Memphis, with experience handling matters in a range of jurisdictions and industries.

Our attorneys understand that effective legal representation requires both a strong understanding of the law and knowledge of the businesses and industries in which our clients operate. We regularly conduct seminars, assist employers with developing internal protocols, and provide current information about relevant decisions and regulatory changes. Our goal is to offer practical strategies and resources that help clients address business challenges and reduce the risk of future disputes.

Our areas of practice include, but are not limited to, general civil litigation, general liability, insurance coverage and defense, transportation law, construction law, labor and employment, health care, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, environmental law, and family law.
