Because condemnation is all we do, we are able to bring a level of experience and sophistication in handling condemnation cases that few firms can match.
Our founding member, Charles McFarland, became board certified in Civil Trial Law trying condemnation cases. His specific expertise in highway and roadway widening takings that impact retail, commercial, industrial, and special uses is a major asset in his representation of property owners in condemnation cases. He has also successfully represented property owners in maximizing their recovery for the taking of private property for pipelines, electric transmission lines, and flood control projects.
Charles’s legal acumen is highly-regarded in the legal community.
