MoginRubin represented RPR Enterprises d/b/a Topsy's Popcorn as a class representative in a horizontal price fixing case filed in federal court in Chicago against the major manufacturers of cardboard boxes in the US. Topsy's is a longstanding Kansas City company with a large mail order business. Ultimately, after years of litigation and some interim trips to the US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit to defend successful rulings by the trial court, the case settled on a class wide basis for a total of $376 million.
