Sofia Hemmings et al v Dr. Padmore et al, 2026: counsel to intervenors the Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada and the Ontario Coalition of Abortion Clinics on a medical negligence case before the Supreme Court of Canada involving how causation principles are applied in the context of women’s health care across Canada.
Szeto v Kives, 2024 ONSC 7258: counsel to plaintiff in successful trial against a defendant surgeon in a case involving a bowel perforation during hysterectomy.
Levy v. Rubenstein, 2022 ONSC 4547: counsel to plaintiffs in successful trial against a defendant radiologist in a case delayed diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
Jesperson v. Karas 2019 ONSC 5841: as trial counsel to plaintiff, obtained judgment in the amount of $5,267,784.00 for a dentist who was unable to continue his practice due to the negligence of an ophthalmologist in performing radial keratotomy surgery.
