Overview
The Firm traces its origins back to the 1904 law practice of two brothers, Thomas M. and Cyrus H. Jones.The brothers formed Jones & Jones in 1907. Thornton Hardie, Jr. came to El Paso after graduating from the University of Texas Law School in 1913. He joined the Jones Brothers, and in 1914 the Firm became Jones, Jones, and Hardie. Allan R. Grambling signed on in 1916 as a partner.Since 1922, when Thomas Jones left, the Firm's name has changed several times, reflecting the names of the lawyers who have contributed to the Firm's rise to prominence in the El Paso legal community.
