Ogborn Mihm LLP is a boutique trial firm based in Denver, Colorado, founded by three former presidents of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Each of our founding partners is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and each has substantial experience trying complex, high-stakes cases.

We guide our clients through the litigation process by relentlessly preparing their cases for trial, but always with a goal of controlling costs and, if possible, resolving cases to clients' satisfaction before trial.

We have obtained some of the largest legal malpractice jury verdicts and settlements in the United States. Our commercial and business tort cases often involve contract disputes, corporate control disputes among owners of closely-held companies, oil & gas litigation, probate and estate litigation, real estate litigation, non-compete agreements, or issues of breach of fiduciary duty, self-dealing, theft of intellectual property, fraud, equity stripping, and other misdeeds.
