Presley & Presley Trial Lawyers is a plaintiff's trial firm based in Kansas City, Missouri, handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith cases across the country. Founded by Kirk and Jill Presley, the firm takes on the complex, high-stakes cases that require experienced trial lawyers, and much of our work comes to us from referring attorneys.

Our practice includes aviation (airplane and helicopter crashes), semi-truck crashes, carbon monoxide poisoning, burn injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries, as well as cases involving power plant explosions and other industrial incidents. The firm also maintains an extensive insurance bad faith practice, holding carriers accountable when they fail to settle within policy limits. Our results include a $16.3 million bad faith jury verdict against Allstate on a $25,000 policy, an $11 million bad faith jury verdict against American Family on a $50,000 policy, $10 million of which was punitive damages, a $30 million carbon monoxide poisoning judgment, an $11.65 million combined jury verdict arising from a power plant explosion, and a $5 million jury verdict in a semi-truck crash caused by a distracted driver.
