RMP LLP (“RMP”) is a limited liability partnership formed in 2005 to provide legal services in Northwest Arkansas. The region includes three Fortune 500 companies—Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt Transport Services—as well as many other employers that support a diverse and expanding business environment. Our practice is shaped by the legal considerations that often arise alongside economic development. We place a strong emphasis on building and maintaining long-term client relationships. With more than fifty years of combined experience in taxation, transactional matters, and trust and estate planning, our attorneys offer practical perspective and careful analysis tailored to each client’s circumstances.

The firm’s vision is to serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout Northwest Arkansas by providing tax, transactional, and trust and estate planning services often found in larger metropolitan areas, while remaining accessible and attentive to the needs of our local community. RMP has grown over time and currently maintains offices in Bentonville, Arkansas, and Jonesboro, Arkansas.
