Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion LLC (RSSC LLC) is a litigation firm that represents clients in civil litigation matters. RSSC is a St. Louis based litigation firm of (22) attorneys which was established in July of 2000. The original attorneys had previously practiced together in a large St. Louis law firm. Our practice is focused on civil litigation in the areas of personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, construction defects, insurance defense, retail & restaurant defense, transportation litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage law, employment law, and workers compensation. We practice in the State and Federal Court in Missouri and Illinois. We also have a national/international practice group for clients with needs out of state. Our clients include insurance carriers, self insured companies, third party administrators (TPAs), department stores, retailers, grocers, restaurants, manufacturers, trucking companies, contractors, government agencies, municipalities, the State of Missouri, school districts, airports, small businesses and individuals.

Our Approach

A partner leads each team and each case is staffed according to its needs. Smaller cases will usually be handled by one partner with the assistance of one associate. More complex litigation will be assigned the level of expertise that the case demands. We have years of experience with large and complicated litigation and the staff to handle it.
