Founded in 1993, Sass Law Firm has specialized solely in the area of labor and employment law, primarily representing employees from the private and public sectors in the Tampa Bay area and has been dedicated to serving clients with excellence and integrity. The mission of the firm is to provide the client with an honest assessment of each case, ensure each client is educated on the rights, options and remedies available to them through the law, and strategize with the client to accomplish his or her goals. In doing so, the firm takes an individual approach to each case, advising clients as to the potential results, costs of litigation and other means of resolving their employment disputes. The seven-attorney firm handles cases of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and hostile working conditions, as well as employment contracts, severance agreements and wage and hour issues, and other areas of employment law. The firm is recognized at the national level by its inclusion in the U.S. News & World Report listing of Best Law Firms for Employment Law since 2011, and its attorneys have received many other national and local recognitions in the employment law field.
