The scope of Selzer Gurvitch’s services is a function of the depth and diversity of its various practice groups. We focus primarily on transactional business and real estate, tax and estate planning (often integrated with transactional matters) and litigation/dispute resolution-related matters for a wide range of local and regional entrepreneurs and their businesses, along with banks, credit unions and individuals. Our diverse client base includes construction companies, homebuilders, real property developers, mercantile businesses, real estate investors and professional service firms, including law firms.

Whether we are involved with negotiating and structuring a business or real estate transaction, undertaking sophisticated estate or tax planning matters (almost half our attorneys hold advanced law degrees in Tax or are licensed CPAs) or working to resolve disputes amicably or, if necessary, through litigation, we apply our deep knowledge base and a mix of creativity, efficiency and practicality to the matter at hand. Both our corporate and individual business clients frequently rely on us to understand and handle their business matters in a manner that mirrors how in-house attorneys operate in larger organizations. We regularly assist clients in a wide variety of lending and financing transactions, employment agreements, disputes and litigation, mergers and acquisitions of businesses and commercial real estate transactions.
