Founded in January 2017, SophiaLex resulted from the merger of a team specialized in EU Law, Competition and Regulated Industries (Bank & Finance, Energy, Transport and electronic communications) with a team specialized in Italian and French Business Law.
SophiaLex provide services to companies facing Antitrust procedures or Regulatory problems. Its Franco-Italian Department is advising Italian companies wanting to create or develop their activities in France.
