We regularly hire lawyers who graduate Order of the Coif and members of the law review and moot court competition teams.

Stone Pigman lawyers are former law clerks to justices of the Louisiana Supreme Court and judges of the United States Circuit Courts of Appeals and District Courts. We lead the legal profession as bar association officers, delegates, examiners, section leaders and committee chairs; as members of committees of the Judicial Conference of the United States and the council of the Louisiana State Law Institute; as instructors for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy; and as members of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, International Society of Barristers, American College of Trial Lawyers, American College of Real Estate Lawyers, American College of Mortgage Attorneys and American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Beginning with our founder, John Minor Wisdom, several members of the firm have been elevated to the federal bench.
