Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP, formerly The Law Offices of A. Lavar Taylor, specializes in civil tax controversy and criminal tax defense work involving both federal and state tax agencies.

The firm’s practice includes representation of business and individual taxpayers during civil audits, criminal investigations, administrative appeals, all phases of collection, and judicial proceedings in all trial and appellate courts. The firm also provides advice regarding tax issues related to bankruptcy and receivership proceedings and counsels clients on the use of the bankruptcy laws to facilitate the handling of existing and potential tax problems.
