Overview
The Fitzgerald Law Firm is a father-son team with nearly 50 years of combined experience handling personal injury cases in and out of the courtroom. Our case results include multiple record-setting verdicts, some of which are the largest upheld on appeal in the state of Wyoming. Unlike many law firms in Wyoming that handle a wide range of litigation types, The Fitzgerald Law Firm focuses solely on personal injury and death cases. Most of our practice is devoted to helping individuals and their families suffering from catastrophic injuries or incidents of wrongful death. This includes many medical malpractice cases as well as those involving serious injury or wrongful death from car accidents, mining accidents, oil field accidents, and burns, among other causes.
We’ve won trials against multinational manufacturers, Fortune 500 companies, governments, and many others and pride ourselves on treating each client as though they were one of our own family. We can take our cases to trial, if necessary to get a proper result, rather than simply settling out of court. We have a solid record on appeal, too, and we do the appellate work ourselves.
Our personal experience working on oil rigs, gas pipelines, and construction sites gives us the kind of insider know-how that can make or break a case in court. Jim worked 40 different jobs to pay his own way through college and law school.
