Since 1970, TroyGould has been a nationally and internationally recognized law firm for business. We’ve built an innovative mid-size firm that understands what is important to business leaders and how to deliver it. We represent many public as well as privately held companies that range from start-ups to middle-market and “Fortune 500” companies. Our clients also include lenders, investors and senior corporate executives.

We have a substantial life sciences practice representing an array of emerging and established pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. Our firm also represents some of the largest financial institutions in the country in connection with their equipment leasing activities and loan workouts, and companies that are combining entertainment or multimedia applications with high technology frequently seek our counsel.
