We don't have mandatory billable hours quotas because we value quality far more than the quantity of hours billed. Clients aren't penalized by making a telephone call to us to get a quick answer to an important question; clients call when they have issues instead of flying solo solely to avoid a bill at the end of the month for making that call.

Inside the firm, we want everyone to spend time reading books, articles, and blogs, as well as laughing with family and friends, becoming well-versed in the happenings in the world, and taking a stand for things they believe in.
