Overview
West Garbutt was established with a view to provide high quality, responsive and trusted tax advice to clients, including other accountants and lawyers in need of specialist taxation advice and support.
The firm has five principals. Mark West. Lyndon Garbutt. Michael McLaughlin and Alex Whitney are based in Brisbane, whilst Dung Lam is based in Sydney.
As a boutique tax law practice, West Garbutt acts for various clients including high net wealth families, businesses, corporate groups, non-profit organisations and their advisors. The firm uses its expertise, particularly in tax law, to help provide guidance and identify solutions for clients and their trusted advisers with difficult tax issues and situations.
