As cyber risk continued to evolve, I found that they worked to stay on top of emerging issues and created tools and processes that could be utilized to help clients identify and minimize their cyber risk. They clearly understood that insurance coverage was a vehicle that could be used to recover financially when all risk mitigation failed, that securing an insurance policy was not the end game, and that all cyber policies are not alike. The firm promoted the concept of risk resiliency long before it became a more common theme in the cyber world. In particular, the practice leaders Keith Moulsdale and Howard Feldman are down to earth, excellent communicators, and effective at what they do both before and then after a breach occurs.
