We have served as plaintiff and defense counsel in complex civil actions and have extensive experience in arbitrating and litigating securities cases where investors have been victimized by fraud that has deprived them of their assets and their savings. We have represented clients in a variety of administrative matters from challenging or obtaining a permit to drafting rules and regulations that govern administrative agencies and their operations. We have helped developers and state agencies of all sizes secure the environmental permits, licenses, and permissions they need to get their projects going and worked on economic development issues from corporate formation and tax planning through counseling going concerns.

We have litigated in state and federal courts throughout South Carolina as well as before arbitrators. We have argued before state and federal appeals courts, including the South Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
