Founded in 2013, the lawyers at WISE HEALTH LAW are experts in health and administrative law, and focus exclusively on serving health professionals, health organizations, and national and provincial health professional associations find solutions to their legal problems. We are highly skilled advocates who have successfully appeared in a wide range of administrative matters (e.g., Health Regulatory Colleges, Consent and Capacity Board, Coroner's Inquests) and all levels of courts.

Our founder, Valerie Wise, began her career clerking for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, and has been defending health professionals for over 30 years.

We not only understand the legal framework that regulates the health sector; but are also familiar with the day-to-day realities faced by our clients.

As a small, boutique firm, we focus on building individualized relationships with our clients. We take immense pride in this client-focused approach and in the strong connections we build.
