Formed in 1918, Woodburn and Wedge is one of Nevada's largest independent law firms with its office located in the Sierra Plaza in Southeast Reno. Woodburn and Wedge is a general practice law firm which has developed a strong corporate and business clientele, especially among mining, utility and real estate companies. Although Woodburn and Wedge maintains a general law practice, its attorneys concentrate on litigation, corporate law, commercial law, real estate law, water law, environmental law, bankruptcy, utility law, estate planning, probate, and public and private land use law. The firm also has broad experience in trust administration, probate and trust litigation and tax law. Several of the firm’s attorneys devote a substantial portion of their practices to family law, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, child custody, spousal support and family mediation.
