Best Law Firms in Knoxville, TN for DUI / DWI Defense

We are Knoxville criminal defense attorneys. Knox Defense is the premier criminal defense law firm in East Tennessee.  We bring together the individual talents of four prominent lawyers with decades of senior-level experience defending the rights of people accused of crimes in both state and federal courts.  From our conveniently located offices in the heart of downtown Knoxville, we serve clients from all walks of life all across East Tennessee.  Our defense and appellate representations have been the subject matter of local, state, and national news, and through investigative reporting on television, in print, and on the web.

The collective strengths of our attorneys include diverse backgrounds from outstanding academic institutions, and recognition through peer review at entities like Martindale Hubbell, Best Lawyers in America, and Tennessee Super Lawyers. We hold memberships and recognition through the American Inns of Court and at the National and Tennessee Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers and are immersed in legal governance at local and state bars.  Collectively, our lawyers are admitted to practice in all state courts and applicable federal courts including the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

We take pride in providing this realm of experience, stability, and respectability to the defense of citizens accused of criminal offenses in Tennessee. We are exceptionally skilled and experienced criminal trial lawyers who uphold the American value of “innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt” on behalf of each client we represent.
