Partners Aaron Bundy, Danya Bundy, and Kathleen Egan regularly speak to professional organizations about developments in the law and practical approaches to discovery and trial practice. Each has completed immersive training programs, including the Advanced Business Valuation course at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas. Individually and collectively, they co-counsel with and advise other attorneys on litigation strategy, witness preparation, evidentiary matters, and appeals.
