In dispute resolution, our general approach is to utilise alternative dispute resolution methods and, if that fails to reach a satisfactory resolution, We will prosecute or defend through whichever court is appropriate. That said, we're also well aware that on occasions litigation through the courts at first instance is the most appropriate strategy and on each occasion we will discuss the options with my client.
